If you wish for a happier and balanced emotional well being, you need to manage your mind. For that, you need to learn to recognise the various minds that give trouble and understand how the mind works. In this course you will learn the ways to be aware and recognise the mind, its causes and how to cultivate the condition to overcome those unhealthy & unbeneficial mental states. We will do this by taking you through the original & timeless teaching of the Buddha in the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, explaining the Discourse whilst focussing on its application in formal practice & daily life.

The Buddha once said, that one without mindfulness is as if dead, a life led with mindfulness is the life best lived. Come! Join us for 9 Saturdays from 30 March 2019.
