If you wish for a happier and balanced emotional well being, you need to manage your mind. For that, you need to learn & understand how the mind works. In this course you will learn the basics and foundations for mind management. We will take you through the original & timeless teaching of the Buddha in the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, explaining the Discourse whilst focussing on its application in formal practice & daily life. The Buddha once said, that one without mindfulness is as if dead, a life led with mindfulness is the life best lived.
